interested in a site with the following characteristics:

Urban Block:
the site must be situated in a dense, urban area. The Suburbs have their own problems, but the focus of Urban Re:Vision is on the urban context.
A “Missing Tooth”:
the block should be akin to a missing tooth in the neighborhood. The type of block that, if only it were well developed, would inspire others to return and other developers to follow suit.
Surrounding Opportunities:
one city block will not solve all of the problems in the neighborhood, so it should have other potential development sites around it. The Re:Vision block is a seed that grows into the surroundings and attracts other development opportunities.
